Answers to the most common questions about puzzles, saved progress, ads, and Apple purchases.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

1. How do I play, and can I play offline?

Tap one tube, then tap another to pour. Pour onto the same top color, or into an empty tube, when there is enough space. Each filled tube should end with one color. Complete puzzles to reveal garden pieces and earn coins.

Core puzzles work offline. Loading ads, making an Apple purchase, and restoring purchases may require an internet connection. Gameplay and the interface are in English.

2. Where did my progress or coins go?

Your progress, garden pieces, coins, and cosmetics are saved on your device. There is no account or developer cloud save. Reinstalling, clearing app data, or using Reset all progress may remove them; moving to another device does not automatically copy your game.

A device backup may help in some circumstances, but recovery is not guaranteed. We cannot recover lost progress from a game server. If progress disappeared without a reset, email us with the app version, device, and what happened. A verified Remove Ads purchase is separate and may be restored through Apple.

3. I watched a video but didn't receive the reward.

A reward is granted after the advertising SDK confirms that the rewarded video was completed. Closing or dismissing the ad by itself does not confirm a reward. An ad that fails to load or is cancelled does not earn a reward.

If the video completed and the reward is missing, email us with the time, the reward you selected, and your app version. If available, use Report last ad in Settings so the message includes the ad response information. Please do not repeatedly tap an unavailable offer.

4. What does Remove Ads cover?

Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable Apple purchase that stops interstitial ads between puzzles. It is not a subscription and has no scheduled expiry. Optional rewarded videos remain available when you choose a reward or boost.

Apple handles payment and any pending approval. The app activates the purchase after Apple confirms a verified entitlement. A refunded or revoked purchase is not an active entitlement.

5. How do I restore my purchase?

Connect to the internet and use Restore Purchases in the game. Use the same Apple Account that made the original Remove Ads purchase. Restoring a non-consumable purchase does not charge you again.

Restoration applies to the Apple purchase, not lost game progress, coins, or cosmetic unlocks. If the purchase is still missing, check the Apple Account and receipt, then follow Apple's help for missing in-app purchases or email us. Never send your Apple Account password.

6. How do I change privacy choices or report an ad?

Open Settings and select the privacy option to reopen available regional choices. A consent form may not be required in every region. Pipplash requests non-personalized ads; advertising services may still process technical information as explained in our privacy policy.

The app may also offer Apple's optional tracking permission after regional consent, before ads initialize. Declining never prevents you from playing or earning game rewards. Ads remain non-personalized either way; if you decline, ads that can be served do not use IDFA. Manage Apple's permission in iOS Settings.

Use Report last ad in Settings for an inappropriate ad. It opens a draft email with useful ad details; the email is sent only if you choose to send it. You can also write directly to info@doenzo.net.

7. How do I request a refund?

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Follow Apple's refund instructions and submit your request through Apple's service. Refund eligibility and the outcome are decided by Apple; we cannot promise a refund or issue one through this page.
